The Gorge takes place in the Western side of the Brecon Beacons National Park..
Having been equipped with wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet, our instructors will guide you up the river. Your first introduction to the day is a small traverse, a jump in to the river and swim across to the far side. The day will continue with more traversing along rock walls, jumping across boulders, exploring dark holes in the ground (only for the intrepid), scrambling up waterfalls and crawling along narrow ledges behind the waterfall to find that the only way down is to jump in the pool on the far side.

The day would not be complete with out taking the plunge, “Loonies Leap” - choose the 10ft or the 18ft leap! From there it's a short wet walk back to the minibus, where warm clothes wait.

Gorge Walking comes from the top of the Black Mountain collection. An absolute must! For the gorge, the only thing you need is a "full on attitude".

What do you need:- Complete change of clothes and towel, Old shorts or old to wear over the wetsuit, fleece, walking boots or sturdy trainers.
