Its Wet, It's Wild and Great Fun!
You'll find yourself jumping in to plunge pools, traversing along rock walls, jumping across boulders. As the day progresses you'll find yourself climbing waterfalls, exploring dark holes in the ground (only for the intrepid), crawling behind waterfalls. And if that doesn't get your adrenaline pumping, the jumps will!..."Have you got what it takes" The day would not be complete with out taking the plunge, “Loonies Leap” - choose the 10ft or the 18ft leap! From there it's a short wet walk back to the minibus, where warm clothes wait.all under the supervision of your experienced instructor.
Gorge Walking comes from the top of the Black Mountain collection. An absolute must for those looking for an exciting and challenging day!
For the gorge, the only thing you need is a "full on attitude"
.The Gorge Adventure Day takes place in the Western side of the Brecon Beacons National Park about 40 minutes drive from Black mountain.

| Arrive Black mountain Activities centre in three cocks for 9.15, for registration and meet with your instructors who will equip with your equipment for the day. you will then follow the instructors to the venue, finishing around 4.30 depending on group size and weather conditions. | /Gorge-walking-group.jpg) |
| Gorge Walking can be fairly physically demanding and is definitely our Ultimate Adventure Day. Superb for groups as well as individuals. Suitable for children aged 11yrs and over. | |

| What to bring | |
We ask you to bring along swim wear, towel, old pair of shorts to wear over the wetsuit, fleece, walking boots or sturdy trainers to wear in the river, plastic bag to but your wet things in at the end of the day, Wet suits, buoyancy aids, helmets and waterproof tops will be supplied by BMA. |
